First moments :: royalty and light.

Scanning the canvas from left corner to right side....
what began as visual images of a growing season turned into a piece of art i created [and have never done so before]...i had just a few ideas of what i would share and depict, but sloshing paint around a canvas, and seeing colors come together, praying for the next steps, well - that certainly caused a learning curve.
images and symbolism came out of the journey. i found this to be encouraging and inspiring, even when i was stuck and wanted to give up on this ever looking like "art."
to be sure, i am dissatisfied with one section of it, and i definitely have my favorite elements. i am willing to share this, but first ...
